My foot & ankle pain began last year since New York City Marathon 2016. The pain got progressively worse. Derek took me through a very thorough assessment and advised me I had wrong landing pattern and didn’t have control over my toe muscles. He devised a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. Derek was excellent at demonstrating the exercises and ensured my movement was correct. I found it was difficult at first to change my old running pattern but Derek kept me motivated and I started to see results quickly. It was a fantastic feeling when he said I could start normal running again. His running analysis was accurate and his tips for running were very impressive. In conclusion I can’t thank Derek enough for not just guiding me through recovery from my injury but also improving my running technique. I would highly recommend him to anybody experiencing a sports injury. You will be in excellent hands!
